Yogurt and Berries
- 1 Cup Organic Full Fat Yogurt
- ½ Cup Fresh Blueberries or Raspberries
- ½ Teaspoon spoonable/powdered Stevia
- 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seed Oil (optional)
- 1-2 Tablespoons Whey Protein Powder (optional)
- Mix ingredients and serve fresh.
