  • 1 Cup Organic Full Fat Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Fresh Blueberries or Raspberries
  • ½ Teaspoon spoonable/powdered Stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seed Oil (optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Whey Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients and serve fresh.
