Ingredient Substitute List

Ingredient-Substitute-DemoHave you ever stared at an amazing looking recipe that uses ingredients you know you shouldn’t eat, but had no idea what you could use in it’s place? Or you begin cooking and realize you are missing a major ingredient and it’s too late to run to the grocery store? Here is a list of substitutes for common ingredients to help you get by.

Note, these are approximate and many things, specifically flours, may behave differently when baked and used in different ways, so although the quantity should be correct it still may not achieve the exact same result depending on what you’re trying to do. As always there may be some guess and check involved for different recipes.
